FREE! 30 day trial on all hearing aids apply if certain rules are maintained. This free trial applies only if you allow us every effort to try our best to make the hearing aids work for you. This includes re-testing, remaking and/or exchanging to different brand or model. If during this 30 day period you do not allow us to do our best to make the hearing aids perform to your satisfaction, there will be a 15% restocking fee. However, if you allow us the opportunity to do our best and at the end of the 30 days you are not satisfied, then a full refund will be given. Refunds will be made to you 30 days after returning the hearing aids to us. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Please note that any hearing aid received as non-functioning (i.e. broken battery door, jammed battery, etc.) is subject to a service charge. We will contact you first. If you do not wish to pay for repair charges your hearing aid will be return less $19.00 for shipping and handling. Hearing aids received full of earwax and moisture are subject to a $19.00 cleaning fee. Guarantees are provided by the manufacturer of products unless otherwise stated.
