Returns and
Exchanges All purchases
have a 30 day return policy.
Returns & Exchanges are costly in paper work and handling time; so we must charge a restocking fee of 15% - with a minimum fee of $19.00. If any equipment that is returned to us in a damaged condition, we will deduct the cost of repairs to restore the unit. This equipment is now classified as a reconditioned unit and cannot be re-sold as new. Shipping charges will not be refunded. authorization All returns or exchanges must be delivered or
shipped to address listed at end of this page. The customer is
responsible for any damage that occurs due to inadequate packing. Please be aware that products with SHIPPING
INCLUDED will still have shipping charges deducted from your refund, in
the event of
a return. Exchanges will incur new shipping charges. Allow time for your orders to be shipped. We try to ship within 3 - 5 working days. However, there are times when some products are on back order. Some items are custom made and require time. These delays are kept to a minimum as best as possible. When this happens, please be patient with us. We are doing our best to ensure you quality service. Taxes, Medicare, Insurance: Save your invoices since most medical prosthesis are tax deductible, including hearing aids, electrolarnyx and even travel expenses for medical purposes. Medicare will cover many of your products and repairs. If you have Medicare Part B you can obtain a form from your medicare provider to fill out. This will allow Medicare to reimburse you. We do not accept “assignments” nor do we bill insurance companies or fill out forms for them. We cannot bill Medicaid and they will not reimburse us. A Medicaid provider in your state must handle the sale. Financial help may be available. Sometimes you can get help from the American Cancer Society, the Veterans Administration, your state Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation, Sertoma Club, Lions Club and more. If one agency cannot help you, they may be able to direct you to some other place. Guarantees are provided by the manufacturer of products unless otherwise stated.
